industry? What types of customer do you service?
Do you work in a team customer service setting or do you
sit behind a big information desk in a public place where people walk up to you

correspondence, or telephone..
Were the customers local, national or even international?
When you prepare your resume, show your knowledge of what their company
does so you can emphasize what you have done along those lines in your resume.
And, be sure to list any accomplishments in your resume that are relevant.
